Paul Lemmon - is President and CEO of Agri Green Energy Ltd. He is also a Professional Geologist licensed by the Association of Professional Engineers and GeoScientists of New Brunswick, Canada. Paul is a member of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada, The Canadian Institute of Mining, and Canadian Geological Association. Paul was educated at Mt. Allison University and Université de Strasbourg. Paul is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London UK, the licensed body for professional Geoscientists in the United Kingdom. Paul is also a Professional Graduate of United Kingdom's Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. As a professional Geoscientist Paul serves as Director and Chief Geologist of Copperzone Resources Ltd, co-founder and Director/COO of Kalahari Copper Ltd (Namibia and Botswana), and a co-founder of GroAfrica Limited.
Barnabas Toe - is the co founder, Director and General Manager of Agri Green Energy Ltd. He is a past Consultant of Crystal River Resources, a UK based Exploration Company in Liberia. He is also the past General Manger of Fundy Minerals Ltd, a Canadian based exploration company in Liberia. Barnabas is the founder of Pennywise Marketing Corporation, a Liberian based retail company. He served training Consultant for the Save the Children (Uk) in Liberia. He has many years of executive and management experience in the resources and agricultural sector. Barnabas is a member of the Grandcess Development Forum in Liberia.

Robert Sequin - CFO Robert Seguin Robert has over 25 years of institutional sales experience with various banks (JP Morgan, Bank of Tokyo, Royal Bank of Canada) and brokerage firms (Midland Walwyn Capital, Yorkton Securities, Hampton Securities, National Bank Financial), in Milan, London, Geneva, Toronto and Montreal. Robert has also worked in strategic management consulting (Cast-Center for Applied Strategy, Government of Canada), cross-border M&A (Corporate Advisories), and Investor Relations (InvestComm Group) as partner in specialized boutiques in Italy and Canada. He's arranged Corporate RoadShows since 1996 in Toronto, Montréal, London, Paris, Geneva, Zurich, Lugano, Milan, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Monaco and Madrid. He is Dual-national & multilingual Senior Manager with over 30 years of institutional sales & management of securities dealers, and Independent Financial Advisory firm in various international and multicultural environments. Demonstrated successes in start-up situations, focused on business development, and generated increasing revenue and profitability, through organized and targeted communication, marketing and salesmanship. Excellent organizational skills, highly motivated and innovative in approaching uncharted business territory. Previous experience in the Bioethanol field includes projects in Colombia (sugarcane) and Bulgaria (wheat) where Mr. Seguin defined the company's financial strategy Financial Strategy and Financial Model; Preparation of Investor Information Memorandum; Structuring of financing with a mix of Equity and Debt instruments, possibly leasing and vendor financing.
Thomson Sinkala - Professor Thomson Sinkala is a Zambian. He is a Mining Engineer by profession and holds a PhD from the University of Lulea in Sweden. His experience includes 43 years in mining, more than 30 years of lecturing in Sweden and Zambia, 20 years in biofuels/bioenergy, and more than 10 years in bio/organic fertilizers.
His work experience includes Mining Engineer in Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines; Assistant Professor at Lulea University of Technology in Sweden; Deputy Director of International Projects in Swedish Geological AB - International; Associate Professor at the University of Zambia; Vice-President Research and Development in Bedford Biofuels of Canada; Chief Executive Officer of Thomro Investments Limited in Zambia; and Chairman of Kaidi Biomass Zambia Limited, a China-Zambia investment partnership.
Examples of Major Awards include the 2021 Environmental and Climate Change Awards: industry category - individual with outstanding contributions to environmental management, issued by the Zambia Environmental Management Agency; the 2011 Research Award from Mwape Peer Awards 2011 for providing guidance in research in the field of bioenergy in Zambia; the 1990 Diploma of excellency for successfully leading and carrying out R & D projects in Sweden in drilling and associated problems during the 1985 - 92, a US$70 million Swedish "Mining Technology In The Year 2000" Program.
In the area of Bioenergy and fertilizers, Professor Sinkala has led the Sourcing and supervising of consultancy works; Establishment, management of production operations, and deployment of applications for bioenergies and bio/organic fertilizers; Promotion of production and applications of biogases, liquid biofuels (bioethanol and biodiesel) bioelectricity, and bioenergy-based cooking solutions; Development of bioeconomy-based industrial symbiosis; and Conducting national and international hands-on training on the production and use of bioenergies and biofertilizers.
