  • Invest in the training and development of local employees
  • Try to do better than best practice in environmental and safety issues

Communities

Agri Green believes that it can make the greatest positive impact by engaging with the communities in which we operate; by creating jobs, procuring supplies and services, and training and empowering our workers.

Agri Green supports a variety of organizations, including community clinics, Health facilities and community schools

Environment

Agri Green follows best international practice to ensure that all of its projects cause the minimum environmental impact, as well as complying with all local regulations and legislation. Every project we work on has a direct connection to the environment, while every business decision incorporates and assesses Agri Green's environmental impact in a specific region. We are focused on the adoption of good operation and maintenance of our projects. As stewards of the planet, we are focused on recovering areas affected by our activities, and reducing our impact on nature.

Employment

The employment, education and training of our locally recruited staff forms a vital part of our CSR programme. The health and safety of our staff is very important to us and health and safety guidelines, based on formal risk assessments, are implemented at all our overseas operations. Safe working practices are documented, covering areas such as safety at work sites, treatment and prevention of malaria, use of vehicles and hazardous chemicals.
